• Transactional data through web3 integrations: It is not possible to mint, display, or verify NFTs without connection to web3 integrations.

• Communications data from our interactions with you: Including but not limited to discord chats or tickets, emails, social media, and surveys.

• Other data not specifically listed here: We will use this data as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

1b. We may combine personal information we receive from you with public or personal information we may obtain from third party sources.

These sources include but aren't limited to:

• Public blockchains

• Social media platforms

• Third-party services that you use or link to our services

1c. Automatic data collection

We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our services, our communications and other online services, such as:

• Various pieces of device data (operating system, manufacturer and model, browser, screen resolution, RAM, disk space, CPU usage, device type, IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes language settings, mobile device carrier) For example, we may serve a version of our webpage appropriate to the size of your screen.

• Other users and the public due to the fact that your transactional data is visible on blockchains you interact with. This information can be seen, collected and used by others. We are not responsible for any such use of this information.

7. Under Aged Individuals

Our services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, users under the age of 18. Information found to be from under aged individuals will be deleted.

You have the right to be provided with your data in an intelligible and easily accessible format. Once requested, we shall provide information within one month of the request. That period may be extended based on the complexity and number of requests, in which case we will inform of the delay.

8f. Blockchain Data

We consider that information stored on blockchains including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, zkSync, ENS names, tokens and token transactions, is public data and we may store, process, or display it without limitation.

8g. Complaints

If you believe that we have not complied with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. For example, in the United Kingdom, the supervisory authority is called the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
